Ashburn Village Fall Fest

Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, 20585 Ashburn Village Blvd.

Join us for Ashburn Village Fall Fest on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12 at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion. The event will feature live music, a beer garden, food trucks, kids’ activities and more! Please see the flyer for the schedule. 

Admission to the Fall Fest is free for all attendees. To participate in the following activities, attendees are required to purchase an activity wristband:
Bounce houses
Petting zoo
Pony rides
Video game truck 

Activity wristbands are available for a pre-sale price of $5 per resident and AVSP members ($8 day-of) with a max of $20 per family. And $10 per non-resident/ non-member. Ashburn Village residents and AVSP members may pre-purchase their wristbands here: https://bit.ly/45uG7YU.  
 
We are offering a Parent’s Night Out at Fall Fest with the AVSP Youth Program on Friday, September 11 from 5:00pm – 8:30pm at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion. The cost is $10 per child and will include pizza, a movie and crafts in the youth classroom. For kids ages 3-12 (child must be potty trained). Sign up here: https://bit.ly/45rTdq9.

Doggy Pool Party

Bring your furry friend out for a dip at the Mills Pool on Saturday, September 19 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm!
 
No pre-registration required. Cost: $10 per dog – check, credit card or cash will be accepted at the event. 
 
All the proceeds will benefit the Loudoun County Animal Services.

Ashburn Village Fall Yard Sale, Shred, Paint and Electronic Recycle Event
 
Saturday, October 3, 9:00am – 1:00pm 
The Lakes Parking Lot, 44078 Cheltenham Circle
 
Mark your calendars! The Ashburn Village Fall Yard Sale, Shred, Paint and Electronic Recycle Event will be held on Saturday, October 3 from 9:00am - 1:00pm!
 
The shred, paint, and electronic recycle companies will be onsite at the Lakes Parking Lot from 9:00am - 1:00pm. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will be onsite at the Lakes during the yard sale to collect and dispose of old prescription medications. A valid ID for proof of residency will be required at drop-off.
 
Your first three paint cans are complimentary and each additional can will be $5 each. These items are not permitted for the paint recycling: wood and deck stains, DryLock, polyurethane sealers, spray paint, and hazardous waste. Please review the electronics restrictions list before you load your cars!
 
To register your home for the yard sale map or to sign up for a spot to sell at the Lakes Rec Center, please scan the QR code in the flyer or email events@ashburnvillage.org. Registration ends on September 28 and maps will be available by September 30.

Special Olympics Indoor Triathlon
 
Saturday, October 10, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, 20585 Ashburn Village Blvd.
 
Ashburn Village is partnering with the Special Olympics Loudoun to host the Special Olympics Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, October 10 at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.
 
The indoor triathlon will include:
Swim: 5 minutes
Spin Bike: 15 minutes
Run: 10 minutes
 
Special Olympics Athletes will be required to be able to swim and have some endurance abilities.

Ashburn Village Halloween Spooktacular 
 
Saturday, October 24, 6pm – 7:00pm 
Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, 20585 Ashburn Village Blvd
 
Join us for the Ashburn Village Halloween Spooktacular on Saturday, October 24 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion. Tour the Sports Pavilion’s decorated grounds, collect candy and get a glitter tattoo! Come in costume and bring a bag to collect candy.
 
Pet parents! Dress up your pet in costume and sign them up for the pet costume contest! We’ll announce the winner at 6:45pm. 
 
This event is free for Ashburn Village residents and registration is not required.
